Each REAP frame is precision-engineered to order. Typically, production takes 4-6 weeks, followed by 3-5 business days for secure global shipping via our specialist couriers.

Yes, we ship REAP bikes and components worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
What is your return policy on complete bike builds?
As our bikes are often custom-configured, we offer a 14-day return window for standard builds in original condition. Custom paint or bespoke geometry orders may be subject to a restocking fee.
What kind of warranty comes with a REAP frame?
All REAP carbon frames come with a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner, covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal riding conditions.
Can I choose a custom paint scheme for my frame?
Absolutely. We offer a bespoke paint service. You can select from our signature palettes or work with our design team to create a completely unique aesthetic for your build.
